Anxiety and Depression management workshop.
 

Mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression, are quite common and affect a significant number of people. According to the Mental Health Foundation, approximately one in four adults in the UK will experience a mental health issue each year. This course is intended to equip staff with a comprehensive understanding of anxiety and depression, including causes, symptoms, and management strategies.

Coping with stress workshop. 

In this two hour workshop, we celebrate the shared experience of navigating stress, particularly in the face of change and life's trials in the context of the workplace. Through exploration participants can hone their ability to identify and manage stress effectively, equipping themselves with empowering strategies for reducing its impact on our lives.

Individuals work on real issues, reflect on experiences, and take action. An underlying principle is that the individual knows their issue or problem better than anyone else and remains responsible for it. Active reflection on such issues/problems is often neglected with the operational pressures of day-to-day work yet is vital in a fast-changing environment with emerging challenges. Reflection, coupled with a commitment to action on a work-focused issue within a group of peers who will offer support and challenge, can lead to powerful decisions and outcomes.
